So planning has been in the works as most of you have seen on the previous VM forum.
Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and California Mazda Clubs are coming together once again this year for our
2nd Annual Southwest Mazda Meet. (Formerly known as Tri-State Meet)
All updates, information, itinerary for the exciting weekend will be posted on this thread as well as discussion on the upcoming meet.

ESSENTIALS to bring along with you:
Walkie Talkies, water, money, clothes, cameras, zipties, tools that may come handy in time of need.
Don't forget to do a routine check on your vehicle if you plan to drive prior to leaving this event (Oil, filters, make sure everything is running in good order) we don't want anyone to be left behind.
if your car is not running as you hoped it would for this event, feel free to ask around, most of us are willing to give rides to this event.

Additional rooms can be added if needed. Reservations must be individually confirmed and paid before September 10th.
If you do not reserve one of these group rate rooms before the 10th of September, you will need to make your own lodging arrangements.
Each room has two beds and are for "double occupancy". How you actually use the rooms is up to you.
I will post a group number and a link to the reservation site in two days that you can use to reserve your room.
